Triangle Pilates & Cary Yoga Center has a NEW NAME to better fit the offerings and energy that has made our studio so special! The Stone Creek Village Studio has expanded and MOVED to 200 Cornerstone Drive. This location is just across High House Rd from Stone Creek Village  - only 3/10 of a mile away. 200 Cornerstone Dr  is  SouthWest of the intersection of High House Rd & Davis Dr. Cornerstone Drive is actually the street that runs BEHIND the Lowes Grocery that is at this intersection and Cornerstone Drive actually connects High House Rd. & Davis Dr. You can access Cornerstone Drive from either Davis or High House.    The building stands by itself and is a 2-story red brick building. Lochmere Pavilion Studio is going to get its own "up-do"in March!    There is a great vibe in Cary…studioVIBE

Now Taking Registrations for our Signature "Jump Start" Programs.      Yoga 101 Express:   Sunday May 19th  12:30-2:30 PM at Cornerstone Studio location. Pilates Primer Express:   Sunday May 19th 12:30-2:30 PM at Cornerstone. We have these introduction sessions about once a month and they are classified as workshops since they are not regular on-going classes.
