TRX Suspension
This workout requires the use of a TRX Suspension Trainer, which we have here at our studio. This piece of equipment powers the user’s body weight with gravity to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. And with TRX, you are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise; simply adjusting your body position will add or decrease resistance. Here are some tips to heighten the challenge of your TRX workout:
TRX Pike‣  When performing a standing exercise, the closer your feet are to the anchor point, the harder the movement will be. This is the vector resistance principle.
‣  When performing ground-based movements, it is the opposite. This is called the pendulum resistance principle. When your feet are further away from the anchor point, the exercise will be more difficult due to increased resistance.
‣  The stability principle of TRX says that the more narrow your base is the more difficult the movement will be.
